Due to a malfunction at the DKB online bank, customers were sometimes unable to access their account. A data tap did not take place, said a DKB spokesman on Tuesday evening in Berlin.
The BayernLB subsidiary previously announced: “For technical reasons, our website and internet banking cannot be accessed in some cases.” The bank is working on a solution.
The spokesman was confident in the evening that the disturbance will soon be completely resolved. With around 3.9 million customers, DKB is the second largest German direct bank. (AP)
