Three oblasts reported 100% residential heating starts. In ten regions, the connection rate is 90%.
The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine said that as of Wednesday, October 27, more than 70% of residential buildings in Ukraine were connected to heat supply, the press service of the department reported.
In ten regions of the country, among which, in particular, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhitomir, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Kiev, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Cherkassy and Chernivtsi regions, the connection rate is more than 90%.
In addition, there are already areas that have given heat to all residential buildings. These are the Transcarpathian, Chernigov and Ternopil regions.
The Ministry of Regional Development recalled that last week the government made a decision that creates the preconditions for removing the arrests from the accounts of TKE enterprises and allows the start of the process of concluding agreements on restructuring debts for consumed energy resources.
It was previously reported that in Sumy, a third of the city is without heating… The reason is that the boiler room of the northern industrial hub does not work.
