Disney World Photoshopped masks to users who were not wearing them in roller coaster photos

The Disney World park in Orlando, USA, has been compromised after users discovered they were allegedly placing fake masks with Photoshop in pictures that are taken for example on roller coasters. When a user was not wearing the mask, they simply added it with digital edition, as reported by some Internet users, who noticed the trick.

We are not doing that anymore and expect guests to wear face masksexcept when they eat or drink while standing, “the amusement park said in a statement to WDW News Today.

Users of the park must wear masks, in accordance with the norms established against covid-19, but when this did not happen, this protection was added digitally.

This policy was initially implemented on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin in Magic Kingdom and aboard Dinosaur in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, as has been known a posteriori.

It all came to light after user Tony Townsend posted photos on Facebook from his trip to Disney World Junkies, where it could be seen that some of the masks were too large for faces or were in a strange position.

As a result, some visitors reported that waiting times to receive images after riding an attraction they were longer than usual, which some attributed to Disney World employees editing the snapshots, Gizmodo reported.

“In response to user requests, we tested the modification of some photos of the trips“Disney World said in its statement.
