Disinfectant without the required permits. There is a decision to withdraw from the market

The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector in Piotrków Trybunalski issued a decision ordering the withdrawal from the market of the biocidal product “DISINFECTING LIQUID – liquid for disinfecting hands and surfaces in plants”, manufactured in the Piotrków poviat in Łódź.

The Chief Sanitary Inspector, as part of a public warning, announced that the State Poviat Sanitary Inspector in Piotrków Trybunalski in connection with the statement lack of required permits and permits issued a decision on the withdrawal of a biocidal product in relation to one of the establishments.

It is about Zakład Chemii Gospodarczego sc Marian Jarzębowski, Stanisław Bara; 97-306 Grabica, Rusociny 25A. The decision concerns a biocidal product with the name “DISINFECTING LIQUID – liquid for disinfecting hands and surfaces in factories”.

GIS recalls that the introduction of a biocidal product without a marketing authorization may result in health and life hazard.
