Lois Openda is on loan for a season at Vitesse Arnhem, Eredivisie club. Club Brugge announced the news on Tuesday evening via their official website. There is no purchase option.
Lois Openda has been a Club player since 2015. The 20-year-old played 25 official games in all competitions last season, scoring one goal and giving three assists.
Rarely a holder, the player born of a Franco-Moroccan mother and a Congolese father has however played 7 matches in the Champions League, including four in the group stage. He had notably started, at the forefront of the attack of the team coached by Philippe Clement, the meeting in Galatasaray (1-1).
“I am happy with the opportunity that Vitesse offers me”, declared the Belgo-Maroco-Congolais on the site of his new formation. “I have been able to gain a lot of experience these last two seasons but I really hope to take a new step in my career. I want to be a full start and score a lot of goals. I will give everything to achieve it ”.
