Sony was not kidding when it announced a huge acceleration of data loading on the next-generation console. Devil May Cry 5 makes the biggest impression on PS5 with lightning-fast loading times.

We covered this topic on October 11, when it turned out during the Japanese livestream that the loading in Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition lasts approx. 3-4 seconds.
This time we can compare how exactly the same Devil May Cry 5 section loads in addition to PS5 also on PS4, Xbox One X i PC.
Devil May Cry 5 loading time test results:
- PS5 – 3 seconds
- PC – 11 seconds
- Xbox One X – 17 sekund
- PS4 – 22 seconds
In the case of the PC, the SSD carrier was used for the test – however, it is not known exactly about what data transfer parameters (thanks to a faster SSD carrier theoretically faster loading could be obtained).
One thing is certain – the elimination or huge acceleration of loading is one of the greatest features of the new generation of consoles. We have waited many years for this.
As it turned out recently in Devil May Cry 5, programs for PS5 and XSX with ray tracing enabled, but only in selected modes. Exactly ray tracing will be enabled in 4K and 30 fps as well as 1080p and 60 fps. So you can forget about the gameplay with ray tracing in 4K and 60 fps.
