Derichebourg Multiservices uses the UKG HR Service Delivery platform to digitize all human resources management processes.

AdvertisingCreated in 1956, the Derichebourg group is best known for its subsidiary Derichebourg Multiservices, which itself has around fifteen subsidiaries per activity, specializing in services to businesses and communities. It provides solutions for industry, the tertiary sector and the management of urban spaces, ranging from cleaning to maintenance, including security and facility management. Present in 13 countries, it employs more than 42,000 people and generates sales of 2.5 billion euros. With the group experiencing strong growth, in particular through numerous acquisitions, human resources management had to be optimized in order to improve the employee experience. To achieve this, Derichebourg Multiservices uses the UKG HR Service Delivery platform. This one is from the merger of the three publishers Ultimate Software, Kronos and PeopleDoc.

The solution is now used throughout the entire life cycle of employees in the company. Thus, from the outset, it supports the recruitment process as well as the management of employment contracts which may be of variable duration. Thanks to this platform, documents are digitized, secure and can be signed remotely, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks. 90% of contracts are now signed in the day following the publication of the contract and more than 50,000 electronic contracts per year are established within the company. And 95% of employees are already regular users of the platform for all actions concerning them. They can also be better informed of the opportunities and the management of their file. The development of skills and the development of employee careers are strategic axes for the group. Beyond improving the employee experience, the company has also been able to develop the performance of its human resources department, in particular its responsiveness and speed.
