On Saturday, Jörg Bergstedt, who registered the event, applied to the Darmstadt Administrative Court to repeal the negative decision from the city of Neu-Isenburg. The court rejected this on Monday afternoon, as did the application for legal aid. The cost of the procedure was set at 5000 euros.
Also on Monday, the Federation for the Environment and Nature Conservation Germany (BUND) Hessen asked the Hessian Transport Minister Tarek Al-Wazir (Greens) to stop the clearing in Homberg (Ohm).
