Delivered explosively: Heerlen police station partly evacuated Inland

The Defense Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service is underway and detonates the explosive at another location after midnight. The police station and Stationstraat are then released again.

The explosive is on the street in front of the office, wherever it was issued. “Someone found it and brought it to the agency with the best of intentions,” said a police spokeswoman. According to her, the explosive was not brought in, but was delivered to the office on the street. The spokeswoman was unable to say what exactly the explosive is.
