Paderborn – Hannover 96 must continue to worry about staying up in the 2nd Bundesliga. The Lower Saxony lost on the fourth-to-last match day 0:3 (0:2) at SC Paderborn, which is actually weak at home.

As a result, 96 slipped down to 15th place and three games before the end of the season they still have a six-point lead over the relegation place. The future of coach Christoph Dabrowski, whose contract is expiring, also seems more and more questionable.

The East Westphalians, on the other hand, celebrated their first home win since November 6th and moved up to seventh place. Philipp Klement in the second minute and Florent Muslija (17th), who switched from Hanover to Paderborn in the winter of all times, ensured the early 2-0 lead for coach Lukas Kwasniok’s team. That had everything under control most of the time, the guests were harmless and hardly had any chances. Kelvin Ofori, who came on as a substitute in the 87th minute, made the score in the first minute of added time.
