Bundesligist 1. FC Köln hat seine Innenverteidigung für die restliche Saison umgebaut und Toni Leistner verpflichtet. Der 29-Jährige kommt per Leihe vom englischen Zweitligisten Queens Park Rangers, zudem sicherte Köln sich eine Kaufoption für den gebürtigen Dresdner. Das teilte der Klub am Donnerstag mit. Lasse Sobiech verlässt den FC indes bis zum Saisonende, der 29-Jährige wird an den belgischen Erstligisten Royal Excel Mouscron verliehen.

Schon am Sonntag (15.30 Uhr) könnte Leistner im Heimspiel der Kölner gegen den SC Freiburg sein Debüt in der Bundesliga feiern. “Er ist ein schneller und robuster Spieler, extrem kopfball- und zweikampfstark.
