The 16 virus vaccines include Non-Replicating
Viral Vector with type ChAdOx1-S developed by the University of Oxford and AstraZeneca, with the target coronavirus under study was the SARS-CoV2 type. The clinical trial phase has entered Phase 3 ISRCTN89951424, Phase2b / 3 2020-001228-32, and Phase 1/2
PACTR202006922165132 2020-001072-15
This platform is the same as applied to the MERS, influenza, TB, Chikungunya, Zika, MenB, and plague vaccines.
Kedua, yakni vaksin Non-Replicating Viral Vector Adenovirus Type 5 Vector CanSino Biological
Inc. This vaccine study was developed by the Beijing Institute of Biotechnology SARS-CoV2. At present the development of Phase 2 ChiCTR2000031781, Phase 1
ChiCTR2000030906. The platform for this research is the same as that for research on the ebola vaccine.
WHO explained the corona virus vaccine landscape documents were submitted for information purposes regarding the global update of the development of the corona virus vaccine.
