The coronavirus has affected the development of Cyberpunk 2077. The company CD Projekt Red announced that they were passing the launch of their game until November because they had complications with the last details of the launch.
Despite this, through YouTube and Twitch they shared some details of the gameplay and announced the production of an anime with Trigger. The series will premiere in 2020 and will not focus on the plot of the game but will explore other details.
Max Pears, the level designer for Cyberpunk 2077, participated in an interview for the medium CGamesN where he clarified some details of the gameplay comparing them with Grand Theft Auto V.
“If they want to end everything in their path and have no regrets, they have the power, and that’s fine with us. However, once you start playing the missions and see how many options you have, I think that will cause players to stop and think a little bit before doing something dangerous.. We have seen many people default to “mode GTA”And, after a short time, realize that many things are different, and then adjust how they play”, says the game manager.
Apparently it will not be similar to GTA V since there are many other details that affect the development of the story. On November 19 it will come to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
