Not only are you progressing in the story, V is also making great strides. How big these are depends on you. Because in Cyberpunk 2077 you are free to make unsafe with V Night City and live your life. So that you don’t lose track of things, the game shows you your progress in percentages in the overview menu. And here we show you what the individual sectors mean and how you can level them.
In the menu you can use the percentage displays Vs life progress and monitor your relationship with Johnny.
As soon as you open your game menu, you will see three red columns in the middle. These show you how Vs life has developed up to now. If you drive over a column with the pointer, you will always see a text that brings you up to date. The left column stands for V’s celebrity in Night City, the middle column shows how well you get on with Johnny and the right column tells you about the Relic progress.
Percentage display: celebrity
Here you can see how popular and notorious V is in Night City. In the course of the main missions, the percentages increase automatically as you progress naturally. You can specifically influence this factor with the help of your street card level. The higher your street card, the more famous you become. This also has a positive effect on V, because in order to unlock certain missions, orders or vehicles, you must have a certain level.
In order to get access to all sideline activities, you need the maximum level 50 on the Street Card and thus land automatically 90 percent celebrity with the title “Edgerunner”. So that you can get hold of the last 10 percent and call yourself the legend of Night City, you have to select the “right” epilogue in the finale. However, the 100 percent are pure prestige and have no further advantage for you.
Percentage display: friendship with Johnny
In this sector you can observe your connection with Johnny. As the game progresses, you interact with Johnny and choose either nice or less charming answers. The more you sympathizes with Johnnythe higher your progress increases. You can get 30 percent up to the main mission “Search and Destroy”.
Immediately afterwards the side mission “Tapeworm” starts, which opens the side mission series for Johnny and Rogue. If you complete the individual quests, you will automatically get 60 percent. If you also select the correct dialogue in the “Chippin ‘In” mission, you can achieve a total of 70 percent and thus that secret game path unlock for the final.
