“At yesterday’s actions, October 15, 2021, 183 police officers from the Ilfov County Police Inspectorate carried out activities to verify compliance with health protection measures in crowded areas, respectively at economic operators in shopping centers, markets, fairs, terraces, gas stations and HORECA type economic agents from the administrative-territorial area of Ilfov county.
During the control actions, 186 companies were verified regarding the observance of the recommendations / prohibitions during the alert state and 159 means of passenger transport within Ilfov county, being also identified 205 persons who did not comply with the protection measures. individual prohibitions on movement / free movement.
In the context of the actions of the last 24 hours, the IPJ Ilfov police officers applied 206 sanctions for minor offenses under Law no. 55/2020, for non-compliance with individual protection measures or interdictions regarding movement / free movement and for organizing activities in the closed public / private space for which interdictions / restrictions were established, with fines amounting to 12,500 lei.
Preventive information activities also take place during the actions. The interventions will continue in the next period, in order to make all citizens aware of the prevention and limitation of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, the obligation to comply with the prohibitions imposed by the alert state and also to discourage acts of a contraventional nature.
