World Theater Day, which will be celebrated this Sunday, March 27, will be commemorated by the Creative Seedbeds (free teaching and artistic creation groups for children and young people, promoted by the Federal Ministry of Culture) through various activities such as presentation of character development, plays and different reflection exercises around scenic art.
For example, the Performing Arts Seedbed in Arcelia, Guerrero, will present the final result of the creation of various scenic characters, including physical and psychological characteristics, at the Center for Art and Culture on Friday, March 25 at 5:00 p.m. .
That same day, members of the Scenic Arts Creative Seedbed in Tecámac, State of Mexico, will assemble beings/we area reflection on the past and future of humanity, created from the imagination of girls, boys and young people participating in the Semillero, during the “Atmósfera” Cultural Festival at 11:00 a.m.
On Saturday, March 26 at 1:00 p.m., the Performing Arts group in Xochimilco, Mexico City, will hold a performance about the feelings that are generated from the different ways of social coexistence, this using masks and body expressions as the only resources; This act will be shared through the social networks, Facebook and Twitter, of the General Directorate of Cultural Linkage (@VinculaCultura).
Likewise, through these digital platforms, on Sunday, March 27, it will be possible to access the video testimonies on the importance and transcendence of theater in the lives of the members of the Creative Seedbed of Performing Arts in Tenancingo, Tlaxcala.
