More than twenty years after the third episode, the firm Activision has just formalized the development of a Crash Bandicoot 4. Subtitled It’s About Time, this title will take up the traditional mechanics of the series with the colorful 3D platform.
This license still belongs to Activision, so it’s no surprise that we find Toys for Bob, the studio behind Skylanders, in development. Another piece of information that will hardly surprise players has appeared today: the title will offer additional purchases, as indicated the file on the Microsoft Store. If the gameplay of the software will clearly take up the historical mechanics of the games developed by Naughty Dog, it is however clear that its economic model will be modernized with the appearance of DLC.
