The Executive has formalized the revocation of the State of Emergency at national level decreed from March 2020 after the start of the pCovid19 pandemic. In compliance with current legislation for 31 months without effect, it is no longer mandatory the use of a KN95 maskor, failing that, a triple surgical mask on public transport.
Furthermore, it was irrelevant that “those over 18 who enter certain places must present their physical or virtual card certifying that they have completed, in Peru and / or abroad, their COVID-1 vaccination9, and the booster dose for people over the age of 40 in the case of people residing in the country and who are authorized to receive it, according to the current protocol, in addition to permanently wearing the mask.
The latter applied, until yesterday, to spaces such as shopping centers, shopping arcades, department stores, department stores, conglomerates, supply stores for basic necessities, supermarkets, markets, among others. However, it should be noted that this measure ceased to be in effect weeks before total repeal of the supreme decree.

REPEAL
