1- To hold that the meaning of mental health is a mental illness or patient, and that it is necessarily related to a person affected by a mental or psychological disorder that hinders his personal life and prevents his proper social interaction with those around him . It is true that mental health means the ability of individuals to follow appropriate methods and procedures in their dealings with the course of their daily lives in order to ensure that they resolve their problems and crises and end them in a way that provides them with a sense of satisfaction and happiness and the fulfillment of one’s personal and social needs in a healthy and proper way.
2- Mental illnesses are illnesses that have no clinical indications or statistical numerical indicators, or are essentially imaginary or spiritual illnesses.
3- A mentally ill person is usually a person who tends towards aggression, violence, isolation and introversion, or is an abnormal and disturbed individual in his social relationships. It is true that there are many scholars, writers and thinkers who suffered from some mental illness, yet lived active, productive and influential in their environments and societies, and were not hampered or stopped by mental illness.
4- Psychoanalysis is a kind of anesthesia that requires the patient to lose consciousness and certain procedures under medical supervision with specific doses of drugs. It is true that psychoanalysis is considered to be one of the most important methods of psychological treatment which is used as a treatment to express painful feelings and repressed past experiences to reveal the inner self and expose the subconscious materials and themes that cause it. It is true that mental health is a relative process that differs from one person to another, and mental health does not mean the absence or absence of mental illness.
7- A depressed person is a person who is inactive, frustrated and disturbed in his behavior and personality, and necessarily withdraws into himself, and in advanced stages, the matter can lead him to think about getting rid of his life or committing suicide! It is true that depression is an emotional illness that affects emotions, feelings and emotions and affects women more than men to varying degrees. The rate of infection varies, the degree of infection, the type and severity of depression, and it is often treated with drugs that improve mood It’s a disease that results from disturbances in brain chemistry, and is treated with drugs that only change the levels!!
8- Mental illnesses are purely hereditary diseases that are transmitted through genes and genetic characteristics of a biological nature. It is true that mental illnesses can be hereditary in some limited cases known to specialists and some cases, which are the largest environmental cases, family, social and even cultural and intellectual origin.
9- Mental illnesses are illnesses that cannot be cured and are severely limited in the percentage of complete recovery from their effects or complications. It is true that mental illness, like any organic illness, is diagnosed and evaluated by a specialized therapist, and is devised a plan and schedule for pharmacological, behavioral, or cognitive treatment, and by adhering to specific recommendations and instructions, it can be overcome like any other physical disease.
10- To be a person free from psychological defects, you must be an attractive person, loved, welcomed and desired by others and those around you, it is correct to be attentive to your relationships on the principle of cordiality and reciprocity respect, and be on the your human nature and personal characteristics without affectation, as you are not obligated to please every person you interact with, or deal with, in your environment and you do not have to earn the love and trust of the other.
