Covid-19. ANA proposes unpaid leave and reduced working time

In a letter sent to workers, ANA’s executive chairman, Thierry Ligonnière, calls for “individual adherence to one or more support measures”, among which are the assignment of unpaid leave, a temporary reduction of 20% from the normal period of work for three months or the anticipated vacation period for 2020.

The national airport management company announces the application of a 20% cut in executive committee salaries, suspension of premium distribution during the crisis period, revision of the salary scale and updating of meal allowance until the end of the year.

In the extensive letter, Thierry Ligonnière also informs that “the compensatory rests already expired and the vacations related to the previous years, until April 30” should be taken and that additional work is suspended, unless expressly authorized by the Executive Committee “.

In addition, he says, external consultancy actions, hiring and preventive maintenance actions on infrastructures and non-critical equipment were postponed.
