«The red zones are created by the government. We closed Medicine in the face of evidence of the data on the abnormal number of infections and on the basis of medical-scientific opinions. But it is a limited area, therefore manageable. We have provinces where the situation is critical: Piacenza, Rimini, Parma. We are evaluating further restrictive measures, especially in the Rimini area, but we are not talking about red areas ».

«Yes, first of all thanks to the overtime work of doctors, nurses, operators. And to a programming capacity that has allowed us to define a regional plan that makes available to all territories up to 3,100 ordinary beds and 513 in intensive care.
