Controversy at Victory Parade as Russian Military Commanders Snub Putin: Video Footage Emerges

Today in Moscow on the Red Square, during events dedicated to the Victory Parade, several events took place at the same time, especially with the head of the Kremlin.

They led the marching teams on Red Square in Moscow and did not welcome the Supreme Commander of the Russian Armed Forces, Putin, when he came to them for a chat after the events.

As far as we know, Panchenkov served in the tank forces before working in the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He graduated from the Chelyabinsk Higher Tank Command School. Before that, until 2004, he was the head of the headquarters of the tank regiment of the 34th motorized rifle division in the Sverdlovsk region.

As for Molochnikov, he is known to be a participant in hostilities in the North Caucasus. Before that, he was the commander of the 104th Guards Air Assault Regiment. He was also the head of the Air Force training center in Omsk and the tactics department at the Ryazan Air Force School.

Interestingly, both of them defined their actions with “combat rules.”

Another incident at the Victory Parade in Moscow is that one of the marching forces, as reported by the 365 TG channel in Ukraine, tried to “change shoes in the air” and lost his shoes.
