The period of confinement that we have been experiencing for ten days and which will probably last a few more weeks, has considerably modified our everyday life. Optical emergencies
The three opticians’ unions, and the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, have set up a minimum service system. It is intended for patients and makes it possible to ensure the follow-up of urgent requests, in optimal conditions of health security, both for the public and for the staff.

Professional hearing care professional unions set up a continuity of care service during the confinement period, which addresses priority and urgent situations: needs of fitted medical personnel, moderate, severe or deep deafness, pediatric deafness, disabling tinnitus.
For these situations only, appointments can be offered in accordance with health security measures.
For all other requests, information and advice are provided by telephone. For the replacement of batteries, distance selling is preferred or the person is redirected to the nearest pharmacy.

Gynecological consultations and emergencies
If you need to buy your birth control pill, you can present an old prescription to your pharmacist.
