If Metalist 1925 is removed from the UPL due to funding problems, then the results of the matches of the Kharkiv club in the current season of the Ukrainian championship will be cancelled.
This is stated in paragraph 25 of article 9 of the regulations of the UPL. At the same time, the individual statistics of the participants in the matches and disciplinary sanctions are not canceled.
If Kharkiv had played half or more of the matches of the season, their results would not have been annulled, and the future rivals of Metalist 1925 would have been credited with technical victories.
Thus, Shakhtar and Oleksandriya will lose three points for victories over Metalist 1925.
