pmc active GmbH is a performance marketing agency in the south-east of Munich. Since 2012 we have been designing and managing online and offline campaigns in the areas of B-to-C and B-to-B with our network of experts. Our spectrum includes paid online advertising, content creation and SEO, classic print cooperations and publishing as well as TV and podcasting. We look after our customers in full: starting with strategy consulting, through media and production planning, to campaign management. We are looking for agile and team-minded colleagues with passion, a hands-on mentality, a good sense of humor and who enjoy constantly changing challenges.
tasks
- You monitor and look after the official product forums and social groups on Facebook, Instagram, XING and Twitter for one of our customers
- You support the respective group admins and moderators
- You structure topics and sets of questions in order to be able to refer users to existing threads in a targeted manner
- You distribute service-relevant issues to the responsible support team and use your product knowledge to promote “help for self-help”
- You actively promote special offers for the various communities
- You proactively manage moods and accentuate topics that the community is dealing with
Profile
- You have solid experience in managing communities and are at home in social networks
- You have a good organizational talent, technical understanding and strong communication skills
- You are structured, empathetic, articulate, enthusiastic about learning, resilient and a real team player
- Ideally, you have experience with the analysis tools of social networks
