A 16-year-old confessed to having set fire to several cars in Cologne-Nippes last year. She has therefore received a guilty verdict from the local court under youth criminal law.
In this case, she must behave with impunity for a year and a half, otherwise she would receive a youth sentence.
Last September there was a series of car fires in Nippes. The 16-year-old was awarded three of the fires.
