The general manager of Club Brugge was fined a total of 8,000 euros, a driving ban of fifteen months and an alcolock of three years. It is not the first time that Mannaert has been convicted after an incident involving the car. At the end of May, he was fined 3,200 euros, a three-month driving ban and an alcohol interlock for one year when he was pulled over by the police and had 2.44 permille in his blood. In 2011, the director drove into a house with the car, for which he was fined 1,100 euros and a driving ban of one month.
