WOlfgang Andraschek and the Horn Museum invited people to a city tour of the “Horner Arkaden”. A visit to an “inn legend” was also included.
The Museum Horn team organized a city tour on the topic of “Horner Arcades” as part of Dirndlgwand Sunday. On this tour through the city center, Wolfgang Andraschek led from the Kunsthaus via the Piarist Church with the large arcades towards the Piaristensteg, with the “useless sundial” to the former Gasthaus Soldier (until 1956) at Kirchenplatz 10. The owner of the property, Christan Leb, had next a painting depicting the former inn, as well as an extensive photo album documenting the building’s history. “The history of the city has many sights that are still very well preserved,” explained Andraschek.
