The next trend-setting verdict in the around 500 million euro swap proceedings between the city of Linz and Bawag is expected to fall this year. The Higher Regional Court of Vienna (OLG) is now dealing with the thousand-page act, after Bawag’s appeal has been available since mid-December and the city of Linz’s response to the appeal since Thursday.
