Florida: After an argument with her partner, a young woman was brutally beaten by a Christmas tree. The incident took place in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. A case of domestic violence was filed against his 20-year-old girlfriend, Miracle Rivera.
The incident happened on the night before Christmas. Miracle got into an argument with his 24-year-old partner in the bedroom. The young man then came out of the bedroom and lay down on the sofa outside. After this, Miracle got angry and took the Christmas tree and beat the young man continuously. After the beating, the youth suffered injuries on his upper body parts and hands.
Then a case was filed against the woman under the Domestic Violence Act and Miracle was jailed. The woman was later released from jail on Christmas Day. The police informed that the complaint against them did not mention what kind of material the Christmas tree was made of or how big it was. Therefore, it was not included in the Thondiai case. It is reported that the two were living together for the past two years. Miracle, who was released from jail, has been ordered to stay away from the young man.
