Dila Koyurga, Karabağlar Municipal Council Member, who allegedly insulted President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan over social media while he was Prime Minister, was detained.
According to the information received, Dila Koyurga, a member of the Karabağlar Municipal Council, who was detained under the investigation, went to the İzmir Police Department and surrendered.
Following the testimony of Koyurga, who is under custody, he is expected to be transferred to the courthouse.
It was stated that Koyurga had insulting social media posts against President Erdoğan when he was Prime Minister, and criminal complaints were filed by the Presidential lawyers.
