The new exciting Zapp Detective from KRO-NCRV gives children a glimpse into the world of influencers. A small group of ten highly influential influencers appear to determine who and what is trending on social media. An exciting and surprising look behind the online world of YouTubers, Instagrammers, Zappers and TikTokkers. Viewers can watch online and live for the members of this Secret Society and for a Bad Guy who has provided it for the members. The series can be seen weekly on Friday at 3 p.m. on Zapp’s YouTube channel and on Saturday at 9.25 a.m. on KRO-NCRV on NPO Zapp.
The Secret Society is surrounded by much mystery. A small group of ten highly influential influencers determine who and what is trending on social media. Thus the entire online world is influenced by this exclusive club. They are responsible for everything their target audience will follow, like, watch and order. No one knows about this Secret Society, the members are not even allowed to know who is a member of each other. Only the leader of the group knows. Disguised, deep underground and only accessible by a built-in chip, the course is set weekly. But someone has found out about the secret of the Secret Society and this Bad Guy is remotely trying to take out the members piece by piece.
It is up to the viewers to find out who is in this Secret Society and who is the Bad Guy. A live stream with the leader of the Secret Society allows viewers to find out important information about the Society. In addition, they receive extra hints every week via the NPO Zapp Instagram channel. The showdown of the series can be followed live on YouTube on Friday 26 February. In an exclusive episode with backstage images, the participating influencers open a book about what influence exactly is and reveal who they themselves are influenced by. This video about media literacy will be published on NPO Zapp’s YouTube channel on 5 March.
