GB Ghabbour Auto Group, the exclusive agent of Chery brand in Egypt, has approved an increase of 2000 pounds over the prices of the 2021 Chery “Tiggo7” SUV model.
According to the advertiser by the local agent, the new car, which is available in two categories of equipment, has a price that starts from 275 thousand pounds instead of 273 thousand pounds and reaches 299 thousand pounds compared to 297 thousand pounds.
In early June, Chery announced that Tiggo 7 had joined the list of locally assembled cars in cooperation with Aboul Fotouh Automotive Group, and the 2020 model was the first car assembled in Egypt.
The new Chery Tiggo7 introduces a modern design that combines halogen headlights and LED daytime running lights, with the ability to control the high and low level of the headlights.
The Tiggo 7 relies on a propulsion system consisting of a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, connected to a 6-speed DCT transmission, with 145 hp and a maximum torque of 210 Nm.
The car’s cabin comes enhanced with a 9-inch HD infotainment screen, and allows connection of the phone to the car via Bluetooth technology, Apple Carplay and Android Auto applications, and access to the air conditioner with vents in the rear seats for easy access of air conditioning for passengers in the rear seats.
The new locally assembled Tiggo7 has many safety and security factors, as it includes an engine management control system, as well as front and side airbags, anti-lock brakes ABS with EBD and ESP.
The car also has HHC / HDC Hill Balance programs, EPB electric parking brake, TPMS tire pressure monitoring system, front and rear distance warning device, rear camera, and ISO FIX system to install child seats in the car.
