‘Charrapavi’ caught in Odisha; Camera and microchip in legs

Paradeep (Odisha) ∙ A pigeon with a camera and microchip attached to its legs was caught from a fishing boat in Odisha’s Jagatsingpur district. The police said that it is suspected that the pigeon is used for espionage. The fishermen caught the pigeon and handed it over to the police.
