The famous video entitled “Charlie bit my finger” has been a popular favorite over large parts of the world, and at the time of writing has 833 million views on YouTube.

The video “Charlie bit my finger” shows three-year-old Harry Davies-Carr and one-year-old little brother Charlie Davies-Carr sitting together on the sofa. The brothers from Great Britain are filmed by their father Howard, and he films that little Charlie bites his big brother in the finger.

– Oh, Charlie. Charlie, what really hurt there, has become a well-known line, after the funny video of the two young brothers from Britain went viral.

Sold for millions

The 55-second video is among the most watched on the site’s page in history, but soon the clip that was published in 2007 will be deleted from YouTube.

According to CNN The video was auctioned off on Sunday, as a non-fungible token (NFT), for a staggering sum of 760,000 dollars, which is equivalent to 6,350,000 Norwegian kroner.

Not deleted yet

The video was initially to be removed just after the auction on Sunday 23 May, but is still possible to watch on the website on 24 May.

The auction was conducted via the website of the Davies-Carr family, who is behind the film of the two brothers.

An intense bidding war between anonymous accounts sent the price skyrocketing in the last hours of the auction, and it was the user account called “3fmusic” that finally ran away with the rights to the video.

On NTF is proof that you own a specific digital asset. These can include art, photographs, videos, music, card collections, in-game products and domain names.
