Anyone would expect Pelta to look for liaison officers – whether politicians, businessmen or judges – in top football. By mistake, the boss found them in the “forest” league, in small district to village clubs. The millions he intended to pump into them were in the tens.

A friend from Jinonice
The Motorlet Praha football club from Jinonice in Prague plays the third highest domestic competition. He was the deputy mayor of Pavel Bém, in 2011 he got into the deputy position at the Ministry of Defense, where he was in charge of the armaments section.
