Apart from GraPari, card exchange or upgrade can also be done through e-commerce partner services, such as Shopee, Bukalapak, Tokopedia, and JD.ID.
Vice President Partner Channel Management Telkomsel Heriawan said the program was intended to accelerate the public to enjoy 4G / LTE access.
“We are adding to the ease of upgrading a non-4G SIM card to uSIM 4G through e-commerce services in Indonesia,” said Heriawan in a written statement, Friday (12/3).
Apart from e-commerce, the card exchange program to 4G can also be done both online and offline.
For online, customers can access the official Telkomsel account on Facebook and Twitter as well as a virtual assistant to get upgrade services to a 4G SIM card.
Customers can also directly visit GraPAari or the nearest MyGraPari service to upgrade to uSIM 4G offline.
As a form of appreciation for customers in the program, Telkomsel also provides an additional data quota of up to 30 GB which is valid for 30 days.
