The draw will start in Monaco at 17:00 UK time (16:00 GMT).
There are 32 teams competing in the group stage, which will run from September 19 to December 13, before the final at Wembley Stadium on June 1, 2024.
Napoli are the top favorites after winning the Serie A title, with last season’s finalists Inter in Pot 2, Milan and Lazio both in Pot 3.
Teams from the same country cannot be placed together in a group.
The Europa League and Conference League draws are on Friday.
