Full Pop ‘is a strategic program that aims to implement the Group’s Non-Life offers and paths.
Each plant is the subject of a project and a dedicated calendar that must be part of the program and be carried out consistently.
Each project is organized into 4 main areas: contract, back office, compensation and decision making.
Main missions:
– Write the overall acceptance strategy for each project in coordination with the acceptance interlocutors of each site
– Develop the general project acceptance program
– Monitor and coordinate functional acceptance tests, exchanges, distributors and external partners of the various sites and ensure their consistency with the overall test strategy.
– Set up and animate the cross-functional and end-to-end acceptance phase that covers the entire scope
– Identify the prerequisites to start each acceptance phase (environments, devices, data sets)
– Participate, in collaboration with the various acceptance interlocutors of each site, in the definition / implementation of the various technical means
– In coordination with the project management, set up monitoring indicators, analyze them and feed the progress report of the overall recipe
– Coordinate with those responsible for the acceptance of each site to provide a synthetic view of the general trend and anomalies
– Participate in the project committee to report on the progress of the recipe, increase the risks and points of attention and propose an action plan accordingly.
– Write the acceptance reports in coordination with the site acceptance pilots
Profile:
At least 5 years’ experience in acceptance management, with at least two successful experiences in cross-functional management, on large projects / programs.
Having already worked in Agile mode.
Ability to work in an inter-functional way with various interlocutors, IT and business.
Rigorous and organized, with an eye for detail.
Analytical mind
know how to adapt to changing situations, with a good management of priorities.
Ability to work in a team, appetite for coordination and good interpersonal skills are essential elements to succeed in this mission.
Knowledge of the functional domain of accident and property insurance as well as a mastery of JIRA and the X-ray test module are highly desirable.
