Agustine, a consumer who complained on social media, claimed to have communicated with the workshop owner, Acey Sucahyono. He apologized for the incident. On the other hand, Acey Sucahyono apologized for providing suboptimal service, due to the mistakes of his officers who did not disclose the price of expensive silicon press.
“We have communicated and I myself apologize for what I did wrong. The person concerned also apologized to me,” he told AFP on Monday (07/06/2020).
Apology was conveyed by Agustine because her complaints at social media made a noise. He admitted there was no intention to drop or neutralize the problem. Therefore he only complained in Instastory which only lasted 24 hours running.
“Actually, I only ask my friends on Instagram. But I don’t know viral. Even though my account is private, “he added.
Therefore, Agustine said, he hoped that this problem would not need to be extended. Because both of them have understood each other and resolved this problem well.
“We have agreed not to extend this problem. Hopefully we will learn from this problem,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, Acey Sucahyono claimed to have apologized to the consumers who suffered losses. He agreed not to extend this problem. Although he felt disadvantaged because of the good name of the workshop.
“It is not in my mind to report this matter to the police. Because there is also an error from our officers. We have given a reprimand to our officers. We did not fire him and this is a lesson for me, our management and officers. We apologize,” he concluded.
