Chronology of KTP Djoko Tjandra Can Publish Less Than An Hour

South Grogol Urban Village acknowledged issuing electronic ID cards in the name of Djoko S Tjandra.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Electronic ID cards in the name of convicted Bank Bali collection rights, Djoko S Tjandra can be issued in less than an hour. South Grogol Urban Village Head Asep Subhan explained, the chronology of the issuance of the KTP.

According to Asep, it started when he was contacted by a lawyer Djoko Tjandra named Anita for the purposes of managing her client’s KTP. Asep was contacted around June 3, 2020. He claimed he only knew Anita when he was contacted that day.

“His lawyer asked whether Pak Djoko’s ID card was still recorded in Grogol Urban Village,” Asep said, Monday (6/7).

To find out the status of the population, Asep then asked for a Population Identification Number (NIK) to check within the population system in the Grogol Selatan Village. After receiving a photo of NIK Djoko Tjandra, Asep then checked the population system and it was noted that Djoko Tjandra was still a resident of South Grogol.

It’s just that Koko Tjandra’s KTP data is not yet electronic so to print, the person has to do the recording. Asep explained to Anita that the recording process of the KTP could not be represented, but the relevant person had to be present at the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in Grogol Selatan Village.

“I only direct every citizen who manages the KTP directly to PTSP, not through the village,” said Asep.

Asep admitted, when checking Djoko Tjandra’s data, he did not know that he was a fugitive from the Attorney General’s Office because it was not written in the system. According to him, if the population system had written status as a fugitive, it would not be possible for the electronic ID to be issued.

“What is written on the system is that he is a resident of South Grogol and has not recorded electronic KTPs,” Asep said.

After getting information from the lurah, Djoko Tjandra and his lawyer conducted an electronic KTP recording at the Population and Civil Registry Implementing Unit (Satpel Dukcapil) of Grogol Selatan Village on June 8, 2020.

Armed with an electronic KTP issued by the Dukcapil Satpel Kelurahan Grogol Selatan, Djoko Tjandra then registered a request for Reconsideration (PK) related to the determination of a 2-year prison sentence which must be carried out on the same day. PK was registered by Djoko at the South Jakarta District Court.

Trial PK Djoko Tjandra in South Jakarta District Court today was postponed because Djoko as the petitioner was absent. However, Djoko’s absence revealed the fugitive’s whereabouts.

“So it is to the media crew, that today, from the power of attorney the applicant stated that Djoko Tjandra could not attend due to illness. And there is a sick certificate from a team of hospital doctors in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), “said Chief Justice of the PK Judges Nazar Effriandi at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (6/7).

According to Nazar, the statement was issued on 30 June 2020 and is valid until 8 July 2020.

“Where in this letter, it is explained that this Djoko Tjandra, in the period of treatment is the term. for eight days, starting from the first day of the seventh month of 2020, until the eighth day of the seventh 2020, “explained Nazar.

Accordingly, Nazar says the Assembly will have to adjourn the hearing until July 20, 2020.

The Head of the Special Criminal Section (Kasi Pidsus) of the South Jakarta District Attorney (Jaksel) Ridwan Hiswanto as the prosecution coordinator in this case explained, Djoko Tjandra’s illness statement conveyed to the Panel of Judges, confirmed the existence of the fugitive.

“If we look at what the petitioner’s lawyer (Djoko Tjandra) said earlier, yes he (Djoko Tjandra) has been confirmed to be in Malaysia,” he said when met after the hearing at South Jakarta District Court, Monday (6/7).
