Rare and impressive scene in a friendly match where Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco got carried away against several Feyenoord (5th in the last Dutch championship).
On a seemingly innocuous action where Tyrell Macalia let his leg drag on Carrasco who did justice to himself. Coming to the aid of their young teammate, the Feyenoord players quickly intervened before it turned into a general fight where even coach Diego Simeone had to intervene.
The Belgian striker was sent back to the locker room, leaving some Feyenoord players visibly marked by this altercation.
One of his opponents, the Turkish midfielder Orkun Kökcü, preferred to have fun on Twitter with the following caption: “I thought the exchange of shirts was done after the match”.
