Caroline van der Plas pissed off by ‘discrimination’ Eurovision
Caroline van der Plas (53), leader of the Boerenburger movement in the House of Representatives, is angry. The new member of parliament has published the email she sent to the organization of the Eurovision Song Contest on Twitter. In it she writes that she does not accept the invitation to the song festival, because it became clear earlier that – according to the Fieldlab rules – people with too high a BMI are not welcome in Rotterdam. We spoke to the MP and Eurovision fan who with pain in the heart declined the invitation.
