Caroline Canac, 47, and Céline Sala, 45, are partners and co-managers of their company which manages the annual release of Passtime 28, an intelligent communication guide for Eure-et-Loir merchants. , 3CS 28, domiciled in Prunay-le-Gillon, was born in 2012. They are the two employees.

Discounts from 30 to 50% at merchants

Ten years later, the two women stand out for their willingness and strong commitment to bring the guide to many shops in the four arrondissements of the Eurelian department. Franchising in our area allows them to achieve an average turnover of around €185,000.

“We suffered the Covid-19 crisis in 2020 and 2021, like everyone else, but we are back more determined than ever to support our merchants by offering discounts and promotions to the 250 professionals who rely on us”, explains Caroline Canac, together with she co-manager, and in the presence of Thierry Picquart, boss of Karting de Chartres (KDC).

In ten years, Passtime has become essential for many Euréliens

The latter created his establishment in 2021. He considers the KDC a “tool for economic attractiveness and development. It completes the existing leisure offer for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area, but also of companies, their employees and their customers. In a dynamic agglomeration like ours, this type of equipment helps to increase its influence, to flourish there and want to establish itself”. The success story of the two women began with their meeting within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Eure-et-Loir, about fifteen years ago, as employees of the consular chamber.

“Seeing the Chartrain ecosystem and its diversity, we immediately wanted to fly with our own wings. We had to find an idea of service to offer in our area. Here too the arrival of the Passtime group came at the right time”, adds Céline Sala.

Passtime 28 was crowned Best Franchisee in 2015

As the two women launch their tenth edition for the year 2023, Passtime has moved from paper and smart card form to becoming a digital tool.

“Our smartphone app offers discounts of 30 to 50% in more than 250 restaurants, shops and leisure activities near the inhabitants of our department. In this period of inflation, these discounts are welcome to maintain the economic activity of small businesses in the Eure-et-Loir. This ranges from discovery offers to permanent offers. On a €150 bill for 6 people, Passtime saves you €45 in local restaurants. We hope to interest more CSEs than local companies”, confide the two entrepreneurs.
