Carmen Iohannis did not give up on her career
Even though she became the First Lady of Romania, she never gave up her career in education. It is further the English teacher in Sibiu, at Gheorghe Lazăr College, deciding to remain close to her students during the following years.
“I don’t want to give up my career, I will try to divide myself between Sibiu and Bucharest. I try to keep some of my courses at the Gheorghe Lazăr College in Sibiu. To guide my class in the coming years as well. I try to make this effort, to be in Sibiu for a few days and then in Bucharest. No, I don’t want to give up my career”, said Carmen Iohannis, in the past, in an interview for TVR.
