On Friday, November 3rd, 2023, around 8:15 p.m., a 67-year-old car driver was driving on the B31 from Freiburg towards Donaueschingen.
According to the current state of the investigation, it is assumed that the driver of the vehicle overtook a car in front of him in the area of the spoon valley curve. When he pulled back into the right lane, he left the road and collided with the wall.
The person who caused the accident and his 64-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries and were treated by the local emergency services.
The vehicle involved in the accident was a total loss.
Witnesses to the accident are asked to contact the police in Titisee-Neustadt on 07651-93360.
