Jakarta (ANTARA) – Canon launched a camera mirrorless edition flagship The EOS R3, among others, features 6K RAW recording and eye-focus settings.
“The EOS R3 is a camera for professional photographers who need high speed and image quality, as well as being tough for shooting in all terrains,” said PT Datascrip’s Business Unit Director, Monica Aryasetiawan, as the brand’s distributor, in a press release, quoted on Saturday.
One feature that is relied upon on this camera is Eye Control AF, users can select the focus point using eye movements via the electronic view finder (EVF).

The EOS R3 is equipped with the Vehicle Priority AF feature, which can be used when shooting automotive. Focus will automatically detect fast moving cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
This camera’s auto focus detection is up to EV -7.5 to help users get focus in low light conditions.
Video recording with this camera can use 6K 60p RAW or 4K 120p 10-bit format without cropping. Users can get 4K 60p videos of higher quality by oversampling from the 6K format.
Canon uses an ISO range of 100-102,400, which can be increased up to 204,800. This camera uses a 24MP resolution, which is claimed to be 20 percent higher than the EOS-1DX Mark III and EOS R6.
The EOS R3 features 5 AXIS In-Body Image Stabilization up to 5.5 stops. When paired with a suitable RF lens, the feature’s effectiveness can be up to eight stops making long exposure shots more stable even without a tripod.
Camera mirrorless It uses Bluetooth, Wifi and GPS networks, as well as LAN cable connectivity support to send photos to FTP, FTPS or SFTP servers without any additional accessories.
Canon provides a Mobile File Transfer feature to send photos to mobile phones with a USB cable. Canon markets the EOS R3 for IDR 117,370,000, only for the camera body.
