In 2006 Monica Pech bought her home, located in the Haciendas del Caribe neighborhood of Cancun, Quintana Roo to the mortgage Su Casita. In 2013, this company was declared bankrupt.
“When I was in Su Casita I made my payments every month. Suddenly it ceased to exist and when I wanted to pay it was no longer his house, ”said Mónica.

“There they tell me that there is a detail, that my house is in process, the City Council had already finished off my house,” said Mónica Pech, a resident of Cancun.
