Call of Duty: Warzone, 15 million players, and it’s still going up

Call of Duty: Warzone is already a great success for Activision. The Free-to-play battle royale and stand-alone of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, had attracted more than six million players in 24 hours, a record in this category. And of course, this figure has continued to climb and has just reached a new level.

In 72 hours, three days, Call of Duty: Warzone brought together more than 15 million players on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. To make the parallel with the competition, Apex Legends had reached 10 million players in three days, while Fortnite had taken six weeks to reach the 20 million players. Clearly, the title ofInfinity Ward and Raven Software is off to a competitive start.

More players are obviously expected on Call of Duty: Warzone, the title will be entitled to large groups and parties to 200 people, and with the confinement due to the Covid-19 coronavirus currently applied in more and more countries, time will have to pass.
