Residents of ORDLO will not be fined for entering Ukraine through the Russian Federation

If residents of ORDLO arrived in Ukraine through Russia for humanitarian reasons, they will not be fined.
Citizens who live in the temporarily uncontrolled territories of Ukraine will not be fined for entering Ukraine through Russia. On July 24, the officially published Law of Ukraine No. 1583 comes into force. This is stated on the site Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The law stipulates that for the period of quarantine or for the period of blocking the activities of checkpoints of entry and exit, administrative penalties and sanctions for administrative offenses will not be applied to residents of ORDLO, if such violations occurred for reasons of a humanitarian nature determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The reasons of humanitarian character are: serious illness, death of close relatives; provision of medicines and medical products or undergoing treatment in the presence of severe and / or chronic diseases; departure from the temporarily occupied territories of a person who has documents confirming the right to permanent or temporary residence in another state, except for the Russian Federation; registration of identity documents for the child and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine; visiting an educational institution for training, undergoing professional and practical training, state final certification; family reunification; return of the person to the place of residence; for the purpose of accepting the inheritance.
The law allows you to cross the Ukrainian border at temporarily closed checkpoints and does not exempt from liability all persons who violated the procedure for entering or leaving the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law on temporary cancellation of fines for violation of the order of entry-exit from the temporarily occupied territory. Citizens during quarantine will not be fined if they violated due to humanitarian circumstances.
